Our department functioning as the Training, Research and Audit Department more than 15 years within Gözen Security Services under the umbrella of Gözen Holding has started to offer its business through the sub-brands to third parties and corporations under the name of G-SEC since 2014.

Our organization being responsible for all in-house initial, refresher, on the job and field trainings of the security operation, also conducts the intra-company research and development activity, and provides quality control services through systematic supervisions and audits.

The portfolio of G-SEC includes not only Turkey’s prestigious corporations but also multinational corporations. G-SEC Academy has the business competency of carrying out commercial security trainings all over the world and G-SEC Academy has been approved by various corporate security departments including Delta Airlines and United Airlines.

G-SEC provides trainings and quality control services with the strength of 9 full-time and 17 part-time trainers and supervisors. All trainers has at least the Train the Trainer’s Certificate authorized by the Ministry of Education and some of our trainers have graduated from faculty of education of respectable universities. Without exception all trainers have experience in all stages of the operation department including the management and they have also been authorized as Approved Trainers by Turkish DGCA.
